When you contact Primal Force about your order, have the following information ready to help their team assist you quickly:
Your full name and the email address used to place the order. Your order number (found in your confirmation email). Your shipping address and the date you placed your order.
All T-Max orders are processed and shipped from the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after your order is processed. Orders for the Best Deal and subscription packages include free US shipping.
Once your order ships, Primal Force will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that tracking number on the shipping carrier's website to see the current status of your delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact Primal Force customer service right away using the information above. They are available six days a week to help resolve any order issues.
